The past doesn’t exist. At all. It’s gone. It’s done. It’s unchangable. Time doesn’t go backwards and you can never change anything that’s happened. And I think that is very positive. The sooner your brain accepts that, that sooner you can live in the moment. The past is only in your head. Physically, it doesn’t exist.
